As you can obviously tell, this Tuesday Tidbits is terribly late (seeing as it’s Wednesday)…but better late than never! As I mentioned on our Facebook page, Trent and I had a whirlwind trip to Vancouver this weekend and it pushed everything back a day or so. Technically, Trent’s trip was a little longer than mine, but I met up with him in Vancouver for a fun two days with some of his work colleagues. If you have never been to Vancouver, you should add it to your list. This was not my first time…but I definitely saw more “stuff” this trip since we had locals showing us around. As you can see, it’s beautiful!

In house related news, the master bedroom is essentially done. I’m still sorta’ looking for some perfect piece to go on the large empty wall…but that could take years for me to find. So for now, it’s done.

My closet is mostly finished as well. Maybe not as organized as I would like it, but getting close.

The next three pics are basically me trying to convince Niles to move out of the shot. You can tell that I was NOT successful.

It feels so good to finally start wrapping things up! As always, thank you for following along and have a wonderful week!

Really like your bedroom retreat area. That cozy chair by the window is enticing. How long will it take the two of you to start getting “itchy” to start a new renovation? I hope you take lots of time to live in and enjoy your “new” home. Understand you still have the outside to work on so that will probably keep you busy for some time.

Your bedroom looks great. You can be very proud of all your accomplishments. What a relaxing place it seems to be and I really think Niles agrees…
