We have once again had another busy week for our Tuesday Tidbits (we really sound like a broken record). While our projects are a little less major than at the start of the project, they are finishes. Which means they take 10x’s as long as far larger projects even though they look like they should take 15 minutes. It’s crazy and we always seem to forget about this part.

Trent made 2 different jigs for me to drill and attach the cabinet pulls in the kitchen. They were SO helpful and guaranteed that each cabinet pull went in the perfect place.

I started with the door pulls (they just looked easier to me).

Then moved on to the drawer pulls. Trent did stop what he was working on and help me crank everything out one evening (it was going to take me 2 days otherwise).

The pic below looks like the drawer pulls are too small, but I promise they are big. It’s just that the knobs on the range are bigger…by a lot!

The kitchen is so close to being finished!

And because it is the season, we took Friday evening off completely for a Christmas party! It was Trent’s new company’s first ever Christmas party and I had a blast planning the evening. As you have probably figured out, we have been in a very busy season of our lives – but it was fun to take the evening off and just enjoy time with people who have been such an integral part of this current phase.

Thank you for following along and enjoy this wonderful week leading up to Christmas!

The drawer pulls look very nice and uniformly placed for a neat job. Glad that you took time for the nice Christmas party too….
