As the title conveys, I’m so sorry (actually a little mortified) for what you are about to witness. Since we are finally done with the interior framing, I thought it would be fun to do a VERY amateur video walk through. The key word is “thought”…it really wasn’t fun at all. Funny maybe, but not fun. Turns out, I despise the way I sound (apparently, I sound like a Realtor – that’s because I AM a Realtor) and Trent refused to speak or even be part of my shenanigans. Here’s the best news: this is part 1 of 2 video clips. I’m sorry. Really, really sorry. Please imagine for the next 2 minutes that we are best friends and you find my oddness endearing. Enjoy!

Thank you. Thank you. Thank you so much for orienting me to the reality of rehab. Doesn’t really happen in 30 minutes with 2 commercial breaks! My calling in life is to watch and enjoy. Making a few design remarks on the way.

You are going above and beyond what most people would do in sharing your progress of this wonderful home so PLEASE don’t feel the need to say your sorry about any part of the sharing. I thought the video was just fine and you have a very soothing quality to your voice so I thought it to be excellent. Your sharing episodes are actually bringing people in the community together in a way nothing else does. At church recently I heard people talking excitedly about your posts. You are giving Buchanan people a gift, especially those who have lived here a long time. They enjoy seeing something old so lovingly restored.

I love it. We took a drive up and drove by. What a beautiful home and it all seems to have always been there (garage included). Video was good, made sense to me. Excited to see the continued progress.

Great video. We:ve been through some down to the studs remodeling. So much work that has to be done correctly that never sees the light of day. Enjoying the updates!
